The creek attracts bird life, making it a joy to sit on the deck and watch them at play. Heron's, Brush Turkey's, Drongo's, Kookaburra's, Blue Faced Honeyeater's and many more.

If you are lucky you will spot a Goanna or a Green Tree Frog.

It is so peaceful that you may find it hard to tear yourself away, just the perfect spot to unwind, read a book or sip a glass or two of your favourite tipple.

The deck is planted either side for added privacy and feeling of being away from everything.

If you listen, you can hear the sound of the surf breaking on the beach,  just a wonderful relaxing sound.
The unit is only a couple of minutes walk to Agnes Water town centre and the beach.
You have use of the swimming pool in the complex.

Also on site is a restaurant and bar, a great place for a meal or a drink.

Fully furnished, the unit can sleep 6 comfortably.

There are two bedrooms and the large kitchen, living and dining area has a very comfortable double sofa bed.
There is also a 3rd bathroom for convenience.

If you like to self cater you will find the kitchen fully equipped and well laid out with plenty of worksurface for entertaining.

The living area has a tropical feel and is a great relaxing place to unwind, looking out over the palm lined creek to the sound of the waves on the beach and the birds. Just perfect!

The unit has air-conditioning although the design is so good that it can equally be cooled by natural air flow - open the double doors and allow the breeze to do the work.

Dining areas are located on the deck, the patio and indoors to suit your mood and the weather.

Each bedroom has en-suite, TV, DVD, Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Toaster, Iron and Ironing board. The King size beds can be unzipped to suite single bed configuration if needed.

Each bedroom has a small table and 2 chairs, perfect for writing letters, reading or using your laptop.

The main bedroom has its own patio, table and chairs.
