The living area has a tropical feel and is a great relaxing place to  unwind. You look out over the palm tree lined Agnes Water creek to the sound of birds and the waves on the beach. Just perfect. 

The unit has air-conditioning, although it can equally be cooled within its natural design of airflow - allowing the breeze to do the work.

Dining areas are located  on the deck, the patio and indoors so suitable for both inside and outdoor dining.

Fully furnished, the unit can sleep 6 comfortably.

The large kitchen/living/dining area has a very comfortable double sofa bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped
and well laid out with plenty
of worksurface for entertaining.

There are two bedrooms, both with ensuite

The King Size zip up beds that can suit double or Single Bed configuration.  

Each bedroom has an en-suite, TV, DVD or Video, Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Toaster, Iron and Ironing board.

Each bedroom also has a small table and 2 chairs - perfect for writing those letters, reading or using your laptop. 

The main bedroom has it's own courtyard with table and chairs.
