Agnes Water | 1770

The walk to Agnes Water beach is down a short well planted, shady walkway that crosses the creek twice as it meanders along the edges of the dunes behind the beach to the sea.

It only takes a couple of minutes and is easy for adults and children alike to carry surfboards, picnic gear and the like.

The topical lily's above are growing in the creek and are a beautiful shade of blue.

You could well catch a glimpse of the stunning rainbow bee eaters, a common bird in the area.

Listening to the surf breaking on the beach and the breeze rustling through the branches of the palm trees, you may see the Kookaburra's catch a fish or two.

And if not - well it's a great place to be, with plenty of shade and lovely scenery.

Read a book, the newspaper, play games, dine in style or just laze about with a glass or two. OR for the more energetic,  walk to the surf, swim, fish, or go on one of the many tours.

Sit and relax or have a swim in the resort pool and enjoy the scenery.

The pool is open from 6 am till 9 pm everyday.
