What a view from your own private deck! The creek attracts bird life, making it a joy to sit on the deck and watch them at play. Heron's, Brush Turkey's, Drongo's, Kookaburra's, Blue Faced Honeyeater's and many more. If you are lucky you will spot a Goanna or a Green Tree Frog. It is so peacful that you may find it hard to tear yourself away, just the perfect spot to unwind, read a book or sip a glass or two of your favourite tipple. The deck is planted either side for added privacy and feeling of being away from everything. If you listen, you can hear the sound of the surf breaking on the beach,  just a wonderful relaxing noise. The unit is very close to Agnes Water town centre and the beach, with plenty of room to spread out for comfort.

The unit is fully furnished and equipped and can sleep 6 comfortably.  There are two bedrooms with King Size single zip up double beds that can be one huge double bed or seperated as two large singles.  Each bedroom has an en-suite, TV, DVD or Video, Fridge, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Toaster, Iron and Ironing board.

The main bedroom has it's own courtyard with table and chairs.

There is a large kitchen/living area and the sofa can be converted into a very comfortable double bed.  This area also has a bathroom, TV, DVD, in-cupboard laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer and tub. The deck accessible from the living area is large, has a table, chairs and overlooks the creek.

Shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk

ONLY a couple of minutes walking from beach  and no roads to cross - safe for the youngsters.
